Aircraft now keep their fuel, condition and location between flights, crew chat arrives with staff moderation, manufacturers get their own management page, and flight-hour totals now agree everywhere.

Persistent Aircraft State
Opt in per airline under Settings → Fleet State to have an airframe carry its fuel, payload and location from one flight into the next, instead of resetting to full between bookings — cargo can also be set to stay in the hold rather than unload on arrival. State moves live as position reports come in, is corrected automatically for a diverted or reprocessed PIREP, and reconciles a client's queued reports in one batch after it reconnects from offline. The pilot booking screen shows an aircraft's current fuel and location before you book it, and Helix gets a Fleet State page with a full history of state changes per airframe. A companion Fleet Condition & Maintenance model (Settings → Fleet Condition & Maintenance) wears an aircraft with flight hours, cycles and hard landings — tracked as one overall condition or per-component (engines, brakes, tyres, gear, hydraulics, electrics) — raises a maintenance event once it crosses a warning threshold, and blocks dispatch once it crosses a stricter one until it is serviced at a maintenance station; a scheduled command returns it to service automatically once its maintenance duration has elapsed.

Crew Chat
The Chat page is live for pilots. Three rooms are available — General, Dispatch and Support — all scoped to your currently active airline, with messages from other pilots appearing instantly without refreshing. vAOMS staff, and airline staff with the new "Moderate Chat" permission, get a Chat Moderation page to review any airline's rooms, delete messages, and mute a pilot for a set time or indefinitely.

Manage Aircraft Manufacturers
Fleet types can now be linked to a manufacturer and a family (e.g. Boeing / 737), managed from a new Manufacturers page. A sort order field controls the order manufacturers appear in when picking a fleet type elsewhere in the app.

Different Departure and Arrival Times by Day of Week
A route can now run a different departure and arrival time on different days of the week, instead of one fixed time every day. Auto-generated return and triangle legs inherit the same operating days, with the return leg's times swapped automatically.

Friends List
The Roster page has a My Friends tab that filters down to your accepted friends. Each friend now shows a live online/offline indicator, and whether they are currently booked or flying (with their route) — no need to check the live map to see if a friend is up.
What's fixed
- Dashboard, Logbook and the ACARS pilot stats endpoint could each show a different total for a pilot's flight hours because every surface computed the figure its own way; all three now read from the same calculation.
- A Picture of the Month entry deleted by a moderator no longer keeps occupying the pilot's submission slot or blocks them from resubmitting.
- Discord nicknames and rank/hub roles could fall out of sync: linking Discord only ever set the nickname, signing in with Discord set nothing, and there was no way to detect a pilot actually joining the server. Both now do a full sync, and joining the server triggers one automatically.
- The live Discord flight board could sit empty even with flights in the air. It now fills correctly.
- A flight's Discord status card could get stuck showing an old phase (e.g. still "En route") after the flight had landed or was cancelled mid-air. It now updates to Completed or Cancelled.
- A vote cast on Discord for a Picture of the Month entry did not count toward the total shown on the web page, even with Discord linked. Discord votes now count toward the same total as web votes, and update within a couple of minutes.
- A platform notice written with bold/line-break formatting could show its raw HTML tags (e.g. "<p>", "<strong>") instead of formatted text, on both the web notice board and in ACARS. It now always renders as plain text.
- The "Invite a Friend" sidebar link did nothing, and there was no other way to reach the friends page. It now opens Friends directly.
- Account Settings, Integrations and Security were only reachable from the pilot area. Helix and Aegis staff can now get to them directly from the user menu.
- A grandfathered airline's owner saw "Subscription Required — the free trial has ended" on the billing page, even though the airline never needed to pay. It now correctly shows that no subscription is needed.
