Before you apply

  • This form is for VA owners only. The person who submits this application becomes the owner. If you're joining an existing VA as a pilot or staff member, this isn't the right form.
  • Use your real name and a valid email. The email you provide receives your login credentials and all important communication about your Virtual Airline. Fake names, nicknames, or disposable email addresses result in your VA being removed without notice.
  • Be realistic about your ambitions. Judge your time and abilities carefully — creation of Virtual Airlines operating many callsigns is highly discouraged, and you may encounter restrictions on some callsigns you can use due to existing agreements we have with other Virtual Airlines.
  • VAOMS is the platform — you build the airline. We provide the systems and you're responsible for setting up airports, aircraft, routes, and recruiting pilots. What you create with our system is entirely up to you.
  • Actively developed and supported. VAOMS isn't a hobby project. We ship updates regularly, maintain extensive documentation, and provide support via Discord and email. Your VA runs on a platform that's always improving.

Your Virtual Airline

The official name of your airline with proper capitalisation. Once set, this can only be changed by Team VAOMS.

Your main callsign prefix (ICAO style) — exactly 3 characters. Forms part of your route callsigns and pilot usernames. Cannot be changed in the future.

Your main callsign prefix (IATA) — exactly 2 characters. Optional. Cannot be changed in the future.
