Discord Integration: Automated Airline & System Bot Management
Discord integration is now available for all pilots and airlines. You can connect your Discord account to your VAOMS profile, and airline bots will automatically update your nickname and assign your rank role in your airline’s Discord server. Important news, notices, NOTAMs, and flight updates are posted directly to Discord channels. Airline admins can sync all members with one click if the bot is added later. No extra setup is needed—just connect your Discord and enjoy seamless integration.

Notice author auto-fills
When creating a notice, the Author field now automatically fills in with the staff member's department name, no manual entry needed.

Operations sidebar order
The Operations section now follows a logical workflow order: Schedules → PIREPs → Airports → Activities → News & Announcements.
What's fixed
- The action buttons on Airline Settings and Airline Design have been fixed to Save only
- The default ULD has been removed. Users had an default ULD which is unwanted for a passengers flight only. This has been corrected.
- New accounts were not always receiving a verification email after registration. This is now resolved.
- Ranks were ordered by manual input, this is now fixed to Drag & Drop order.
- Pilots created were left unranked. They are now automatically assigned the designated default rank.
