Start with setup

If you are evaluating VAOMS for a new or existing airline, begin with the Getting Started guide. It explains the core areas of the platform and the usual order for configuring your operation.

Public-facing experience

VAOMS includes public routes for your marketing site, changelog, support information, trial onboarding, and documentation. These pages are designed to present the platform clearly before users ever sign in.

Operations workspace

The management side of VAOMS is built around airline operations, pilot administration, and flight activity. Use the Pilot Management and Flight Operations guides to understand the core workflows.

Pilot workflow

Pilots interact with modules for flight booking, PIREP submission, and progress tracking. These workflows are central to the day-to-day experience of using the platform.
